Payment Methods

ORDERS & SHIPPING

For any enquiries or help with placing an order, contact us at ariettagems[at]gmail.com 

We ship worldwide and may pack your order in separate packages, within 5-7 business days by tracked/registered airmail.

 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for international delivery and contact us for quotes on shipping to your country.

 

Buyers are responsible for any import tax your country may charge.

RETURNS

We accept returns on unused, full-priced items that is in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days from receiving. All sales are final thereafter. Sales items are ineligible for return. Buyer is responsible for all import tax charges + shipping fees.

Condition of items to be returned

Please make sure that all items show no signs of wear.

Initiating the returns process

1.     Email us at ariettagems[at]gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. For defects, kindly include pictures. 

2.     Upon our acknowledgement, please pack and send your parcel within 7 working days using a trackable mode of delivery to our address stated in our confirmation email.

3.     The returned item(s) will be assessed and once your return request has been approved, you will be issued store credits in the form of a unique code.

Validity of store credits

Store credits issued can be applied with the unique code on your next purchase, valid up to 3 months from the date of issue.
